A credit card is required to hold all appointments. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your massage. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $50 fee per service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to reach you, your appointment will be forfeited, and a $50 no-show fee will be charged.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time for check-in and to begin your service on time. To maintain our peaceful environment, please silence your phones. No phone calls are permitted inside the spa. Bamboo Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. No pets indoors, please. Well-behaved pets are welcome to relax on the patio.
If you’re not enjoying your massage or feel that it’s not meeting your expectations, please speak up within the first 20 minutes of the session. We want to adjust in the moment, whether that’s pressure, technique, comfort level, or a different therapist, so you leave feeling well cared for. If you complete the full service, especially sessions of 60 minutes or longer, we consider that acceptance of the treatment. In those cases, the full service fee will be charged, even if feedback is given afterward. We want you to feel safe, heard, and supported, and timely communication helps us deliver a better experience.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies you may have before your appointment. If you are unwell or receiving medical treatment that may be affected by massage, we encourage you to reschedule once your healthcare provider has cleared you. For your comfort and following professional standards, please keep your undergarments on during all massage services.
Tips in cash or Venmo are warmly appreciated. Tipping is always optional, but a generous gratuity is a thoughtful way to show appreciation for your therapist’s care and attention.
